How Does It Work?
When you sign up for Connexxus Email you will select the program that is right for you. Upon confirmation of payment you will be redirected to your Profile Management page. If you do not wish to finish setting up at this time do not worry, we also send you an email confirmation with a temporary username and password to return to your profile at a later date.
Depending upon the program you have selected, you will be asked to provide contact and setup information. Typically this can be completed in only a few minutes. Once you have provided the information that we require we will complete the setup of your account. This action will take between 1 to 3 business days. Once your account has been installed and tested, you will receive an email confirmation of completion of setup and the contact URL for your Business Webmail Form page. Once you add this link to your web site you are ready to go!
Custom Orders
If you elect to have Connexxus deliver a completely custom solution or a complex form the development and setup time may be longer than indicated. If this is the case you will be contacted by our development team immediately upon receipt of your order - usually the next business day. Unlike our templated services, your custom solution will be developed to your fullest specifications. Payment will not occur until development is completed. Once payment has been confirmed your custom business form page will be installed according to the options you specify during the sign up process.
